Project SPLIT PPMO - Quezon II

Mulanay, Quezon - Matagumpay na isinagawa ang Validation ng mga Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) kaugnay ng pag-iisyu ng Certificate of Condonation sa Brgy. Cambuga at Brgy. Bagupaye.

Sa pangunguna ni MARPO Amado A. Pineda Jr. ng Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (MARO) Mulanay, layunin ng validation na ito ang masusing pagsisiyasat ng detalye ng mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), impormasyon ng lupa, at pagsunod sa mga umiiral na alituntunin at patakaran ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), upang matiyak ang maayos at tama na pag-iisyu ng Certificate of Condonation.

Nakiisa rin si ARPO I Grace De Borja mula sa Project Beneficiaries Development (PBD) Division upang hikayatin ang mga ARBs na magpalakas at bumuo ng mga organisasyon bilang paghahanda sa mga susunod na programa at proyektong ipatutupad ng DAR.

Patuloy ang DAR sa pagpapatibay ng mga serbisyong naglalayong mapangalagaan ang karapatan ng mga benepisyaryo at maisulong ang kanilang pangmatagalang kaunlaran.

The DAR Quezon II Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) of Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) recently conducted a Planning Workshop ahead of CY 2026.

After a successful 2025, the DAR Quezon II SPLIT-PPMO is gearing up for another year of the implementation of SPLIT Project in the 3rd and 4th Districts of Quezon Province.

Led by OIC-PARPO II and Provincial Project Manager Ma. Gemma A. Esguerra, the SPLIT-PPMO strategized for a more efficient and dynamic approach of the SPLIT Project in the respective municipalities. By utilizing the data from the previous year, as well as feedback from each technical field personnel, DAR Quezon II has finalized the plans to achieved the targets for this year.

DAR Quezon II is committed in upholding the mandates of department in serving the stakeholders and uplifting the lives of our agrarian beneficiaries. This planning workshop is necessary in order to ensure the effective delivery of the agency's services to the public.

Sariaya, Quezon - The DAR Quezon II Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) recently attended the Regional SPLIT Project Implementation: Progress Evaluation, Enhancement Planning Sessions and Alignment with existing rules and regulations on January 12-15 at Seves Hotel and Resort.

Under the leadership of Regional Director Gerry Cupido Asuncion and Asst. RD Atty Rexie M. Maristela, the 4-day activity aims to evaluate and assess the overall performance of the SPLIT Project in the region last year. Moreover, a planning session with each component was held ahead of CY 2026.

DAR Quezon II PPMO, headed by OIC-PARPO II Ma. Gemma A. Esguerra, actively participated and presented the accomplishments achieved by the office. These milestones reflect a steadfast commitment to the agency’s mandate, ensuring that dedicated service translates into improved livelihoods for agrarian reform beneficiaries.
