Himamaylan CCR & selected saff has completed the 2-day technical training on Administrative Petition for Correction Automated System (APCAS) yesterday at Isabela Municipal Hall. APCAS is a digital platform that reduces the processing time for correcting clerical or typographical errors in civil registry documents (such as birth, marriage, and death certificates). It replaces the manual, paper-based workflow by digitalizing the filing, evaluation, and monitoring of petitions under Republic Act No. 9048 and R.A. No. 10172. It cuts processing steps & eliminating the need to physically mail hard copies to the PSA Central Office in Manila for final approval. Petitions that used to take an average of 6-8 months under the manual process can now be completed in about one-two months, directly benefiting clients who need corrected documents for urgent personal and professional requirements. HimamaylanCity Ccr is now ready and equipped to accept petitions under APCAS.

We regret to inform everyone that the registration for the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐃 at Himamaylan Cityhall will be 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐃 for the months of 𝐌𝐚𝐲 and 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 until further notice. We will keep you posted as soon as we receive advise from PhilSys and schedules are finalized when to resume the registration. Priority will be given for those who were already listed and have appointments for the above-mentioned months. Please await further updates on this matter. Thank you.
