Mobile Photography Contest Theme: "Barrio Fiesta: Capturing the Spirit of Barangay Balanga"

This theme aims to celebrate the vibrant and festive spirit of Barangay Balanga through the lens of mobile photography. Participants are encouraged to capture the joyous moments, colorful traditions, and cultural heritage that define the fiesta celebration in Barangay Balanga.

Mechanics:

Contestants must like and follow the MCPortraits and Events page to be eligible for participation.

1. Eligibility: Contestants must be residents of Barangay Balanga.
2. Submission:
- Participants must submit their final photo entry by posting it on their personal Facebook profiles.
- They must tag the MCPortraits and Events page () and use the hashtag in the caption.
- Each participant may submit only one (1) photograph.
3. Judging Criteria: Photos will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, composition, and overall impact.

Rules and Regulations:
1. Photo Requirements:
- Photos must be taken within Barangay Balanga.
- Only mobile phones may be used to take photos.
- Basic editing (e.g., cropping, brightness adjustments) is allowed, but heavy editing (e.g., adding or removing elements) is not permitted.
2. Ownership and Usage Rights:
- By submitting a photo, participants grant MCPortraits and Events the right to use their photo for promotional purposes.
- Participants retain copyright of their photo.
3. Deadline:
- The final photo must be posted on Facebook by 6:00 PM on May 25, 2024.
4. Announcement of Winners:
- Winners will be announced on the MCPortraits and Events page at 7:00 PM on May 25, 2024.
- Prizes will be awarded to the top three participants.
