TINGNAN: Sinabi ni Cabugao, Echague, Isabela Barangay Captain Joseph Tuliao na ginamit nila ang P100,000 na pondo na ibinigay mula sa tanggapan ng Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr sa pag-purchase at pag-install ng solar street lights sa kanilang barangay dahil ito ang mahalagang pangunahing pangangailangan nila para mapanatili ang kapayapaan at seguridad ng kanilang mamamayan habang ang P100,000 ay inilaan nila para sa scholarship sa mga mapipiling graduating students sa kanilang barangay.
Nagpahayag si Kapitan Tuliao ng pasasalamat kay Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr at kay Liga ng Mga Barangay National Prresident Jessica Dy sa pondong inilaan at ipnagkaloob para sa ipatupad ang karagdagang proyekto at scholarship program sa kanilang barangay.
