The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) – Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) officially announces the start of classes for all Diploma students on Monday, September 15, 2025.

With a strong commitment to quality technical education, this year’s opening promises to be more than just a start — it’s the beginning of a life-changing journey.

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) – Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) will conduct an orientation for Diploma Course incoming freshmen students of Academic Year 2025–2026 on August 15, 2025, at 8:00 AM, to be held at the Third Floor, Admin Building.

Attendance in the orientation is required for all incoming freshmen to ensure that they are well-informed of the policies, academic guidelines, training regulations, and available student services.

Important announcements on schedules, training activities, and student support programs will also be provided.

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) proudly announces the opening of enrollment for its 2025 Skills Training Programs.

Enrollment is open to:
· High school graduates and college undergraduates.
· Returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
· Workers looking to upskill or shift careers.
· Individuals seeking National Certification (NC) credentials to enhance employability.

Required documents:

- For New Enrollees:
· School Record
o Form 137/138 (School Report Card)
o Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades
o Alternative Learning System (ALS)Passer Certificate of Rating
· Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
· Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (For Married Women Only)
· Medical Certificate (Fit for training)
Special Requirement
· Caregiving NC II- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
· Driving NC II- Student Driver’s License

- For Returning Students:
· Clearance from the last Qualification Attended
· OJT Certificate ( Applicable for Graduates of NC III)

TESDA-ISAT Hosts Vibrant Students’ Year-End Celebration to Cap Off 2024

A day filled with joy, camaraderie, and celebration marked the TESDA-ISAT Students Year-End Celebration on December 18, 2024. Following the resounding success of the Green TVET Christmas Decorations Competition in the morning, the afternoon festivities kicked off at 1 PM with great enthusiasm, starting with a communal boodle fight that brought students, faculty, and staff together in a spirited display of unity.

The event, organized to honor the achievements of 2024 and strengthen the bonds among the TESDA-ISAT students community, featured an array of exciting activities:
1. Kumbatchero Competition – The highlight of the program was the highly anticipated Kumbatchero contest, where participants showcased their wit, humor, and charisma. The Diploma in Civil Engineering Second Year students emerged as champions, earning loud cheers and applause for their standout performance.
2. Parlor Games – Laughter and teamwork filled the air as students from various programs participated in a series of fun and engaging parlor games. The games fostered camaraderie, showcasing the vibrant spirit of the TESDA-ISAT family.
3. Raffle Draw – Adding an element of surprise and excitement, the raffle draw gave attendees the chance to win prizes. Lucky winners walked away with tokens of appreciation that added to the festive atmosphere.

“The year-end celebration is our way of recognizing the hard work and accomplishments of our students throughout the year,” said a TESDA-ISAT Diploma Head Engr. Francisco B. Narag, Jr.. “It’s also an opportunity to reflect on our journey and renew our commitment to excellence as we welcome the new year.”

The event concluded with heartfelt expressions of gratitude from students and staff alike, creating a memorable experience that left everyone eagerly anticipating the opportunities and challenges of 2025.
