: 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | I walked into the 𝐊𝐊𝐊 𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋 with dust on my shoes and music in the air, Kalesa rolling, Kabayu prancing, and Kalaseru shining like it owned the street. For a moment, it didn’t feel like a program or a parade; it felt like Cabagan telling its story out loud.

What struck me most was how the Municipality of Cabagan didn’t just showcase the heritage, they lifted it up. The Kalesa wasn’t just decoration, the Kabayu wasn’t just for show, and the Kalaseru, usually overlooked, finally had its moment, honored and given the importance it deserves. You could feel the pride in every detail.

Then there were the One Town One Product Agri Trade Exhibits, local harvests, flavors, and crafts reminding us that Cabagan’s roots are as strong as its culture.

This 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 & 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 wasn’t just a celebration. It was heritage moving, breathing, and being protected, right in front of us.
