Rejoicing while Waiting

While we wait, we will be attacked by fear. With the feeling that it won't occur until we take action. But because He is the one who originally made the promise, God is the one who will carry it out when He makes a promise to us. We should be worshiping God, and when we do, everything will happen in God's timing.

Psalm 27:14

The waiting period is the most likely time to give up. Especially when we examine our surroundings and just conclude that the Lord has abandoned us. My friend, take heart. Stay patient and try not to worry about when other people get married, buy their dream home, or land their dream job. If you'll just wait on the Lord, He'll refresh you, and He'll give it to you at just the right time.

Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.
