Reimagining the G. & P. A. condo unit at Avida Towers Atria, transforming a standard city unit into a bright and calming urban retreat.

To identify key areas for improvement, TIDSTUDIO carried out a thoughtful space assessment focused on light, flow, and everyday functionality. Through a minimalist approach, we enhanced the unit with a soft neutral palette, clean-lined modular cabinetry, curated furnishings, and subtle textures that elevate comfort without visual clutter. Prioritizing clear communication and the clients’ lifestyle needs allowed for a smooth design process and a space that truly feels like home.
