Based on a property that is seldom used. The clients asked for a renovation of a dining and kitchen used as a family gathering that has privacy and security on its adjacent road. The redesign incorporates fewer openings to the adjacent road and a separate toilet, bath, and lavatory area for its efficiency of being used by 5 families. Wide sliding doors can open to the lanai area to make the space wider and for better ventilation.

The complete revamp of the existing structure's single attached design and orientation. It incorporates cross-ventilation and the usage of horizontal louvers to lessen its exposure to the mid-afternoon sun. It introduces more open spaces to the structure and creates an opening to the prevailing winds and early morning sun.
