We are seeking one (1) Legal Secretary to join our firm

📍 Location: Imus City, Cavite (Office Based)
💼 Starting Salary: ₱18,000/month

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any related course
✅ Strong multitasking and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication and attention to detail
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling legal documents
✅ Ability to work under minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents and case files
• Manage Lawyer's schedules, court dates, and meetings
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering calls, and organizing client records
• Perform other clerical and support duties as needed

According to Proclamation No. 665, Series of 2022, Malacañan declares August 23, 2024, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in celebration of Ninoy Aquino Day.

Payment Wages for Special (Non-Working) Day:
I. If the employee did not work, the “no work no pay” principle shall apply unless there is a favorable company policy, practice or collective bargaining agreement (CBA) granting payment on special day;
II. For work done during the special day, he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her basic wage on the first eight hours of work (basic wage x 130%);
III. For work done in excess of eight hours (overtime work), he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her hourly rate on said day.
(hourly rate of the basic wage x 130% x 130% x number of hours worked);
IV. For work done during a special day that falls on his/her rest day, she/she shall be paid an additional 50% of his/her basic wage on the first eight hours of work (basic wage x 150%); and
V. For work done in excess of eight hours (overtime work) during the special day that also falls on his/her rest day, he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her hourly rate on said day (hourly rate of the basic wage x 150% x 130% x number of hours worked)
