Bakit importante ang structure at system sa pagnenegosyo?
May sinabi si Jesus tungkol sa matibay na pundasyon:
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”

At malinaw din ang babala:
👉 Don’t build your foundation on the sand.
Kasi kapag mahina ang pundasyon, kahit gaano kaganda ang itsura ng business mo—madali itong babagsak.
Ganito rin sa negosyo.
Kapag ang pundasyon mo ay malinaw—may structure at system—kahit may bagyo (problema, competition, crisis), hindi basta-basta guguho.
Real talk:
Without clarity and structure, your business will suffer.
Without systems and processes, your business will fail and be left behind by the competition.
Ano ba ang “SYSTEM” in simple terms?
“Saving Yourself, Time, Money, and Effort”
Ang SYSTEM ay parang step-by-step na paraan kung paano ginagawa ang isang bagay—ulit-ulit, consistent, at hindi naka-depende sa isang tao lang.
Example:
Hindi pwedeng ikaw lang ang marunong magbenta, mag-follow up, o mag-close.
Dapat may proseso na kahit ibang tao sa team mo, kayang gawin.

SYSTEM = Paraan na gumagana kahit wala ka.

👉 Anong klaseng culture meron ka sa team mo?
