Greetings Summoners,

We would like to provide an update regarding the ongoing connectivity issue experienced by PLDT subscribers which started last, August 30, 2014.

As of today, September 6, 2014, PLDT's Technical Team are still working to have the issue with the dedicated line fixed at the soonest time possible. Kindly avoid ranked queues as the issue is still present to avoid LP loss. It would really be helpful to provide your Pathping, Traceroute and External IP results on the link provided below.
