Reminiscing,
5K pero its 7K plus talaga, Omg!!! Can't believe, what's my next run would be.
Pushing to the limits.

Story Time:
Asthmatic since, birth. My pulmo doctor told me take my step score 8K to 10K around the hospital, she sees that I'm using a digital watch so she advised me to do so.
So, before the run. I went to see her and I take my maintenance inhaler regularly.
2 Days before the Run, I got a cardio work out. I know, it's a long way to go, but, it's a good start.

Where is my Next Run will be? Any, runner companion perhaps???
