RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Generate client leads
✅ Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
✅ Show properties to potential buyers
✅ Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses
✅ Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Resides in Cavite or NCR
✅ At least 2 years in college or 72 units in college
✅ Hardworking, Honest, and Good Attitude
✅ Motivated and Driven
✅ Business Mindset
✅ Good communication and presentation skills
✅ With or without experience in sales but experience in the sales industry is an advantage

REQUIREMENTS
✅ 1 Government-Issued Valid ID
✅ TIN ID (ITR if no TIN ID)
✅ 2x2 ID photo
