I recently had to hold the payouts of 4 agents working as homebased energy campaigner.

DUE TO VERY POOR PERFORMANCE DURING PROBATIONARY PERIOD (within 4 weeks after 2 weeks of training) - TEAM HAS BEEN RE-ASSIGNED TO THE SOLAR CAMPAIGN and are no longer eligible to an hourly rate; thus, a per sale performance commission will be offered and the work rendered between Dec.12, 2016 until Jan.4,2017 has been categorized as backpay.

As such, whether the agents choose to stay or leave, the backpay will be released 45-60 days after the effective date of AWOL, termination, separation or resignation from their designated campaign. EACH CAMPAIGN REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 24 WEEKS WORK RENDERED FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS A DAY, 6X A WEEK to qualify for regular and direct employment with full benefits.
