Being mindful helps us become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and actions. In this session, our scholars learned the importance of mindfulness and how it can help them manage stress, stay focused, and make wise decisions in their daily lives. These practices empower them to grow not only academically, but also emotionally and spiritually.
