In collaboration with the Public Information Office of Infanta, the Cultural Mapping Team under the Municipal Tourism, Culture and the Arts Office proudly presents the slow, laborious, and time-honored process behind one of our treasured native kankanen—Kundandit.

More than a delicacy, Kundandit is a taste of memory, tradition, and identity, crafted through patience, passed down through generations, and woven into the cultural story of Infanta.
