𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐌 | 𝐀𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝

In line with the Commission’s audit timeline and due to constraints brought by the recent shift in working days and limited student activities, adjustments have been made to the conduct of on-site audits.

The on-site audit period is hereby extended from April 22 to May 2, excluding Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, with audits to be conducted on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only. This adjustment aims to accommodate the days lost during the initial on-site audit schedule.

All other aspects of the audit period, including deadlines, shall proceed as previously scheduled.

In observance of the Audit Guidelines, Section 4.3.1, which states that in the declaration of holidays or temporary suspension or disruption of university operations, the Commission shall not be held liable for any delay or inability to perform its audit functions. Thus, the Commission informs everyone that, for the Holy Week holidays, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
