โ
kasamtangang kahimtang sa industriya
โ
โ
mga oportunidad alang sa pagtubo
โ
๐ฝ seed suppliers
๐ฝ fertilizer ug agrochemical distributors
๐ฝ farm equipment suppliers
๐ฝ millers
๐ฝ traders ug wholesalers
๐ฝ local government units
๐ฝ academe
๐ฝ ug national government agencies

The DA-PRDP I-PLAN Component successfully rolled out the Pre-FGD Consultation and Stakeholder Mapping for the National Corn Value Chain Analysis on April 28โ30, 2026 in Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay, Pagadian City, and Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, bringing key players together where it matters most.
Dakong pasalamat sa Municipal Agriculturists sa Malangas ug Molave, ug sa Provincial Agriculturist ug Corn Coordinator sa Zamboanga del Sur. Pinaagi sa inyong lig-on nga suporta, mas napalalom ang atong kolaborasyon ug napalig-on ang pundasyon para sa mas komprehensibong pagtan-aw sa corn value chain.
More than consultations, this is a decisive step toward data-driven solutions, stronger value chains, and sustainable growth for the corn sector.

Stronger plans. Smarter investments.
On March 24โ26, 2026, key planners, technical experts, and local leaders came together at Balay Bisaya, Pagadian City with one shared goal: to shape the future of the provinceโs priority commodities through a more strategic and investment-ready Provincial Commodity Investment Plan (PCIP).
At the heart of this effort is the Provincial Core Planning Team (PCPT), bringing together the expertise of the Provincial Agriculture and Veterinary Office, Provincial Planning and Development Office, and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. Their collaboration ensured that planning is not only technically sound, but also integrated, data-driven, and climate-resilient.
With focus on key commodities such as coconut, corn, rice, swine, seaweeds, banana (cardava), bangus, coffee, cacao, rubber, mango, cassava, calamansi, abaca, and durian, the team worked hand in hand to:
Align strategies with real market conditions
Strengthen value chain interventions
Incorporate climate resilience and risk-informed planning
Develop actionable, investment-ready plans
Through intensive workshops and collaborative sessions, the updated PCIP now stands as a strong roadmap for inclusive growth, empowering farmers, fisherfolk, and agripreneurs across the province.
With the technical guidance of the DA-PRDP RPCO 9 I-PLAN Component, the process ensured that every plan is grounded on solid analysis, validated data, and forward-looking strategies.
This is more than a plan, it is a commitment to build a more competitive, resilient, and sustainable agriculture sector for Zamboanga del Sur.
