An Ordinance Amending Municipal Ordinance No. 08-656-2023, otherwise known as the Revised Local Revenue Code, particularly Chapter IV, Article D, Section 4D.01, to mandate the installation and operation of a barrier control system (Boom Gate) at Ipil Public Market II, Don Andres, for the purpose of systematizing revenue collection.

The Sangguniang Bayan of Ipil, together with other concerned offices, provided helpful guidance and advice to both the complainants and respondents in resolving the issues raised by tricycle operator, under the ITDOA Association, through the Committee on Traffic and Management, headed by with other SB members, the Licensing Officer, and the MITSOM Head in attendance. The complaint was successfully resolved.
