Please be advised that a damaged utility pole along the access road going to the Capitol has caused significant damage to multiple fiber optic backbone and mainline cables. Due to the extent of the damage and the ongoing pole replacement and line transfer activities, internet services in affected areas may experience prolonged interruptions.

Affected Areas:

* Sanito
* Palid
* Taway
* Kitabog
* Other areas connected to the affected backbone network

Our technical team is currently conducting restoration and reconstruction works on the damaged fiber infrastructure. Because multiple backbone lines are involved, the restoration process is complex and may take several days to complete before full service can be restored.

We are deploying all available resources to expedite repairs and minimize downtime. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding as we work to restore stable connectivity to all affected subscribers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent downtime in our internet connectivity services. We understand how important stable and reliable access is to your daily operations, and we regret any disruption this has caused.

The interruption was due to the detachment of our Network Access Points (NAPs) that were previously installed on facilities owned by the Electric Cooperative. This unforeseen development significantly affected a large portion of our network infrastructure.

We would like to inform our valued clients that we have already coordinated with the concerned Electric Cooperative, and a formal understanding has been reached through a Joint Pole Agreement. This agreement will allow us to properly and securely reinstall our network facilities moving forward.

However, as most of our NAPs connected to the said Electric Cooperative were removed, we are currently in the process of rebuilding our network from the ground up. With this, we respectfully ask for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to restore full connectivity services.

Rest assured that our team is exerting all efforts to expedite the restoration process and bring our services back online as soon as possible.
