TODAY| Teachers and Student Leaders of Minagbag High School plant trees in support to the project - "DepEd's 236,000 trees- A Christmas Gift for the children."

The tree-planting activity, joined simultaneously by 47,678 public schools nationwide, aims to promote environmental preservation and instill environmental responsibility among Filipino children. It also serves as a gift from the department to ensure a clean and green environment for Filipino children and future generations.

"Planting trees for future generations is a noble and impactful initiative. Trees play a crucial role in providing clean air, conserving water, supporting biodiversity, and mitigating climate change. By participating in tree planting activities, we contribute to creating a healthier environment for our children and future generations. It's a tangible way to invest in a sustainable and vibrant future, ensuring that the benefits of a thriving ecosystem endure for years to come." said Mrs. Grail C. Zamora, Science teacher.

Newly trained swimmers of Minagbag High School did not disappoint as they seize six awards during the LD5 Athtletic Meet swimming competition held at Simmimbaan, Roxas, Isabela on December 1,2023.

John Ray Camacam bagged silver in 100m freestyle and bronze in 50m freestyle, while Edmon Dela Cruz clench bronze in 200m backstroke, Rexie fabia seize bronze in 100m breastroke, and another bronze for the team in 4x100m Medley Relay.

It is the school's first time in joining the said competition, and even with limited time to practice, and minimal resources, they were still able to secure a spot. The swimmers are determined to get back to the competition, stronger and greater next year, as they are set to redefine the boundaries of excellence in the pool.
