Welcome to the Human Resource Department, where we get to know new people, new skills and new characters.

Human resources is in charge of dealing with any employee complaints or needs that develop inside an organization. They are often in charge of recruiting, hiring, and terminating personnel, as well as onboarding new hires and handling the orientation process to get them settled into their new positions. They are in charge of ensuring that all employees are aware of the corporate values and that they are upheld.
