‼️ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

Please be informed that the enrollment for School Year 2026–2027 for SNED, Kindergarten to Grade 6 at Cabunbata Elementary School starts tomorrow at 8:00 AM.

📌 Enrollment forms are available at the school.
📌 Parents/Guardians are advised to approach the teachers assigned to the grade level where they are enrolling their learners.
📌 Requirements for enrollment shall follow the provisions stated in the DepEd Memorandum.

✅ GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Report Card (SF9) for Grades 1–6 transferees/old pupils
• Other necessary school records

✅ FOR KINDERGARTEN:
• Learner must be five (5) years old on or before October 31, 2026
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• ECCD Checklist / Progress Report Card from Day Care Center (if available)
