The Integrated Bar of the Philippines conveys its formal congratulations to Atty. Allan G. Panolong, IBP National President and Chairperson of the 27th Board of Governors, on his appointment as Member of the Executive Committee of the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific (LAWASIA).

This distinguished appointment reflects his steadfast dedication to the legal profession and his exemplary leadership within the national and regional legal community.

The IBP – Sultan Kudarat Chapter lawyers, in partnership with COMELEC Sultan Kudarat Province, successfully conducted a Voter’s Registration Assistance, Free Legal Advice, and Free Notarization of Simple Affidavits last February 26, 2026 at CityMall Isulan.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

The lawyers of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Sultan Kudarat Chapter, together with COMELEC, will hold a FREE legal aid service tomorrow, February 26, 2026, from 8 AM to 5 PM at CitiMall Isulan.

This activity will be conducted in conjunction with the Registration of Voters for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections on November 2, 2026.

The free legal services to be offered include legal consultations and simple notarization among others.

In line with the 37th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Senator Ninoy Aquino and the SuloKape Festival, and in partnership with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Sultan Kudarat Chapter, free legal services will be made available to the public.

When: February 06, 2026, 8:00AM
Where: Mayor’s Office Conference Room

Available services include:

✔️ Free legal consultation with volunteer lawyers
✔️ Free notarization of documents

📝 Note: Documents for notarization must already be prepared.

This initiative aims to make legal services more accessible and responsive to the needs of the community.

LOOK: The Intergrated Bar of the Philippines- Sultan Kudarat Chapter (IBP-SK) was recognized by the DILG Region XII as its Development Partner in implementing the Agency’s various programs and projects that promote good governance and people empowerment.

IBP-SK recently partnered with DILG in providing free legal services in the Municipality of President Quirino, Sultan Kudarat where dozens of constituents were assisted with their legal quandaries.

The aforementioned recognition was received by Atty. Emely Delos Santos, IBP-SK President, and Atty. Emmanuel de Peralta, Jr., IBP-SK Auditor, at the awarding ceremony held on November 11, 2025, in Koronadal City.

Announcement: Project Lunas Free Legal Consultations this Friday, November 14, 2025.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines- Sultan Kudarat Chapter, in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat, will conduct the Bench and Bar Dialogue with the Stakeholders on November 5, 2025, 9 o’clock AM, at Hotel Hexandrea, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat.

The activity will be conducted with the judges of all lower and higher courts in the province, court personnel, members of the bar, law enforcement agencies and other peacekeeping bodies, local government units, and other public and private offices.

Topics to be discussed include security risks and other challenges faced by the courts and all members of the legal community.

The bench and bar dialogue is in accordance with Supervision Order No. 3223 series of 2025 issued by the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
