40 years since the historic People Power Revolution. Forty years since we learned how to rise with nothing but courage in our hands, and hope in our hearts. A nation chose peace over fear and hope over silence.

We remember the bravery of those who stood their ground so future generations could stand free — a time when the people's voice became history, and history became light.

A moment etched in our hearts. A legacy passed through time.

Today, February 25, 2026, marks the 40th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution, a defining moment in our nation’s history. We remember the bravery of millions of Filipinos who marched peacefully along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, remembered as the Rosary Miracle, this movement stood firmly against dictatorship, corruption, and tyranny.

We also honor the countless Filipinos who became victims of injustice and corruption. They are the heroes who stood tall in the face of oppression, who chose to speak when others were forced into silence, and who used their voices to demand accountability, truth, and dignity.

Let us continue to fight against corruption, let us remember that power resides in the people. Let us continue to use our voices to demand accountability, to defend human rights, and to protect the values we hold dear. Democracy will always endure when the Filipino people stand together as one.
