PROTECT YOUR USM ACCOUNT!

To strengthen the security of all University of Southern Mindanao email accounts, 2-Step Verification (2SV) will soon be enforced across the USM domain.

Enforcement Date: July 31, 2026

Before this date, all students, faculty, staff, and university personnel are encouraged to activate 2-Step Verification on their USM Google Account to avoid login issues and ensure uninterrupted access to university services.

✅ Add your mobile phone number
✅ Save your backup codes in a secure location

Activating 2-Step Verification adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access and helps keep your university data safe.

Students enrolled from Academic Year (AY) 2024–2025 onwards can now conveniently view and download their submitted admission documents through the Student Portal.

Available documents may include:
📄 PSA Birth Certificate
📄 Good Moral Certificate
📄 SHS Report Card
📄 Other admission requirements submitted during enrollment

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨

1. Log in to the One USM.
2. Click Student Portal
3. Navigate to Profile.
4. Click the Documents tab.
5. View or download your available documents.

The viewing and downloading of admission documents are currently available only to students enrolled starting AY 2024–2025 onwards.

This enhancement is part of the University's ongoing commitment to providing accessible and efficient digital services for all students.
