The Graduate School(GS) Office will be closed on December 5 and 6, 2025( Friday & Saturday). All GS personnel will be attending a Team Building and Strategic Planning Activity on these dates.

GS faculty members may hold classes online or in their respective colleges.

𝗨𝗦𝗠, 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗢𝗔 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗜𝗞𝗔𝗣 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝟭𝟮 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) and the Commission on Higher Education–Regional Office XII (CHEDRO XII) formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the implementation of the CHED Scholarships for Staff and Instructors Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP) and conducted the contract signing and orientation for its newly approved scholars on November 17, 2025, at the USM Graduate School, Kabacan, Cotabato.
Twelve scholars from USM were selected for Batch 2025, joining a national initiative designed to support faculty and higher education personnel in pursuing advanced studies to strengthen instruction, research, and academic leadership in Philippine Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

The Graduate Level Test scheduled for Saturday, November 22,2025 will proceed as planned.

All examinees are required to bring a blue or black ballpen and a pencil.

Please be informed that the Comprehensive Examination scheduled for tomorrow will not push through. The final and official schedule of the Comprehensive Examination is on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

This adjustment is made to ensure the safety and well-being of all examinees and faculty due to the recent earthquake.
