📢 MORPES ANNOUNCEMENT | Clearance Stub Signing Schedule

Good day, Pharmacy students!

Please be guided by the official schedule for the signing of clearance stubs as posted below. Kindly take note of the assigned dates, time schedules, and designated signatories to ensure an organized and smooth process.

Important reminders:
✔ Clearance stubs will be distributed today, May 22, 2026 through your respective class presidents.
✔ Kindly write your name, year level, and section in the designated box to avoid your stub being claimed by another student.
✔ Please be responsible for your own clearance stub, as the council will only provide one (1) copy per student. Kindly keep it safe and secure, as lost copies may not be replaced.
✔ Proceed first to the MORPES Treasurer, followed by the MORPES President, before proceeding to the assigned adviser.
✔ At least ONE MorPes adviser is required to sign your clearance stub.
✔ Follow the designated schedule and venue of each signatory.
✔ After completing all the required signatories, present your clearance stub to any one of the MorPes advisers. The adviser will then provide you with your OWN copy.

Please observe proper decorum and arrive within the assigned schedule. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

The MorPes Council proudly extends its warmest congratulations to 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗿𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗲 𝗦. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹, elected as 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙧, and 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗥. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗷, elected as 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧, on their well-deserved victories during the Saint Gabriel College – Supreme Student Council 2026 Elections. They have demonstrated commendable leadership and dedication to service!

On March 30, 2026, Imperial was also elected as Vice President External, while Reloj was elected as Business Manager of the MorPes Council. May they continue to lead with dedication, vision, and integrity.
