For the VIP event of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), we brought out some of our best-loved, chef-crafted dishes.

From our 12-hour slow-braised beef that melts the moment your fork touches it, to our buttery herb salmon swimming in olive oil and fresh parsley… every tray was made to impress.

We served creamy roast chicken with olives & rosemary (our team’s secret favorite), garlic herbed shrimp skewers, crisp salads, and hearty roasted veggies. Dishes made with simple ingredients elevated with technique, patience, and a whole lot of Sundays with Gerry heart. 🫶

Because even at a VIP table, food should feel warm, abundant, and welcoming.
