THUNDERSTORM ADVISORY: Moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected over parts of Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite, Zambales, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija and Bulacan within the next 2 hours, according to PAGASA as of 2:49 PM.
The said conditions are being experienced over parts of Rizal, Laguna, Quezon and Tarlac which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas, the agency added.

BAGYONG ESTER UPDATE AS OF 5 PM
UPDATE: Bagyong , patuloy ang paggalaw pa-east northeast at kasalukuyang nasa dagat sa silangan ng Taiwan. Huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa layong 250 km north ng Itbayat, Batanes, base sa 5 PM bulletin ng PAGASA ngayong June 5.
Ayon sa latest forecast track ng ahensya, posible itong lumabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility ngayong gabi o bukas ng umaga.
