🏗️ CIA-FRIMP STRUCTURAL PROGRESS UPDATE | JUNE 2026 🏗️

The Cavite Industrial Area – Flood Risk Management Project (CIA-FRIMP) continued to advance key flood mitigation and infrastructure works across its contract packages in June 2026.

Under CP1, steel Hat-H pile driving activities were carried out along Sta. 1+690 to Sta. 1+600 on the left bank of the San Juan Diversion Channel. For CP2, concrete pouring works for the lower slope revetment were conducted at Sta. 0+210 to Sta. 0+220 along the left bank.

In CP3, structure excavation and sloping activities were undertaken in preparation for the construction of Revetment Type A lower slope at Sta. 2+440 to Sta. 2+480 on the left bank. Meanwhile, CP4 progressed with the concrete pouring of the 3rd lift of wall at Sta. 1+560 to Sta. 1+570.

Under CP5, laying, spreading, and compaction of aggregate subbase course works for Secondary Road 2 at Sta. 0+000 to Sta. 0+114 were completed at the west side of the resettlement site, contributing to improved road access and site development.

The project continues to move forward through sustained implementation of structural components aimed at strengthening flood resilience and supporting safer communities in Cavite. 🏗️🌊
