Requirements:

🔥 Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and recruiting within the staffing and recruiting industry.

✍️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, candidates, and colleagues.

🌐 Proficiency in using social media and job sites like Indeed and LinkedIn for communication and recruitment.

📱 Basic experience in Social Media Management.

💰 Salary: $3-$5 per hour (pay depends on experience)

We are currently seeking multiple Solar Cold Calling Representatives (appointment setters) who possess a minimum of one year of experience in solar sales or at least two + years of solid experience in cold calling and appointment setting in other US-based companies or industries.

Job Type: Contractor/Full-time (WFH) (not available for part-time)

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Neutral American English-speaking accent
- At least one year of experience in the Solar/appointment setting industry or at least two + years of solid experience in cold calling and appointment setting in other US-based companies or industries.
- Capable of working full-time and willing to work in the EST time zone.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
- Money motivated - uncapped commission structure plus hourly base paid bi-weekly
- Willingness to work on a long-term basis.

Job Requirements:

- High-Speed wired Internet Connection. Must be able to hard wire via ethernet cord.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position entails a rate of up to $12 per hour with a commission of no less than $20 will be given for every appointment set. We are seeking 10 skilled Remote Team Leaders or Team Managers to oversee our daily operations and personnel, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will be responsible for utilizing technology to the fullest, and organizing and managing staff to ensure they are productive.

Our ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager in a call center environment, with a strong track record of leading a team of cold callers. Customer service and cold calling experience is a must, and solar sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

= Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
= Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity (people, technology, etc.)
= Collect and analyze call center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics, etc.)
= Assume responsibility for budgeting and tracking expenses
= Hire, coach, and provide training to maintain high customer service standards
= Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling, and other procedures
= Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time, etc.)
= Prepare reports for different departments or upper management

Qualifications:

= Experience managing a team of 15 + members
= Demonstrable experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager in a call center environment, responsible for leading a team of cold callers.
= Experience in customer service and cold calling is required. Experience in solar sales is a plus.
= Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
= Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
= Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.)
= Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs

Compensation:

PHP 65k to 70k (estimated around $8 per hour, DOE)
