The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XII – Cotabato Field Office (CFO) continues to promote accessible, speedy, and inexpensive settlement of labor and employment concerns through the Single Entry Approach (SEnA), pursuant to Department Order No. 151-16, Series of 2016.

SEnA serves as a 30-day mandatory conciliation-mediation mechanism that aims to help workers and employers resolve labor issues amicably before they escalate into formal cases.

Through this initiative, DOLE strengthens industrial peace, protects workers’ rights, and encourages harmonious workplace relations through dialogue and cooperation.
