The 13th Graduation Commencement Exercises of Kidapawan Doctors College Inc. (KDCI) was successfully held on May 29, 2026, at Evaโs Hotel, Lanao, Kidapawan City. The memorable occasion was attended by the proud parents, families, and friends of the graduates, together with the Board of Trustees of KDCI, faculty members, and staff who gathered to celebrate another milestone in the institutionโs history. A total of 94 graduates marched with pride as they officially completed their respective academic programs, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
Adding inspiration to the ceremony was the guest speaker, Ms. Jecel Ann M. Abarquez, a proud alumna and graduate of the Tourism Department of KDCI. In her heartfelt message, she shared her journey after college, encouraging the graduates to remain resilient, passionate, and faithful in pursuing their dreams despite lifeโs challenges. She emphasized the importance of hard work, humility, and perseverance, reminding the graduates that success does not happen overnight but through determination and continuous growth.
One of the highlights of the commencement exercises was the recognition of the 11 graduates who earned Latin honors. For the first time in the history of the college, a graduate from the Pharmacy Department, Ms. Jamaica Paulite Lemana, achieved the distinction of Summa Cum Laude. She also delivered the valedictory speech, where she emotionally shared her struggles and sacrifices as a student. In her speech, she expressed her deepest gratitude to her family, friends, mentors, and everyone who supported her academic journey. Her inspiring words touched the hearts of many as she reminded her fellow graduates to never give up on their dreams no matter how difficult the journey may be.
Another emotional part of the program was the Tribute to Parents speech delivered by Eduardo III Dino from the Medical Technology Department. His sincere message honored the sacrifices, unconditional love, and unwavering support of parents throughout the studentsโ educational journey. In response, Mrs. Daisy C. Dino delivered the Parentsโ Reply speech as representative of all parents, expressing gratitude to the institution, faculty, and staff for guiding and nurturing the graduates.
The ceremony concluded with joy, tears, and celebration as the graduates, together with their loved ones, commemorated their achievements and looked forward to brighter futures ahead.

Success after graduation is often measured through achievements and titles, but a deeper journey full of uncertainty, growth, and self-discovery lies beyond every diploma.
Held last May 20, 2026 at the KDCI Campus TLS, the talk was delivered by Miss Zeddy Kate E. Amar, a registered psychometrician, as the seminar became more than just a discussion on workplace ethics and professionalism. Facilitated by the College Organization of Peer Facilitators, the event served as a meaningful reminder that before students embark on being professionals, they are first and foremost human beings who must navigate expectations, pressures, fears, and the uncertain realities of life after college.
Throughout the seminar, graduating students reflected not only on their professional competence and ethical standards, but also on the importance of accountability and character in the workplace as future professionals prepare to enter a highly demanding world. The discussion highlighted reassurance, and resilience, and that setbacks and self-doubts were natural parts of the journey towards becoming better individuals and professionals.
Beyond developing competent workers, the event ultimately aimed to inspire individuals who lead with empathy, responsibility, and courage. Through meaningful insights and a reflective meditation activity, participants were encouraged to move forward not only as degree holders, but as people capable of creating positive impact within their communities and future workplaces.
