*In-charge for the maintenance of all national roads with the
difficulty of clearing operations during calamities with minimal
equipment support. Requested then Board Member Laza to sponsor
a board resolution for the creation of Benguet 2nd District to be
situated at Natubleng, Buguias, Benguet which came into fruition on
February 27, 2001.
1979-1988 BENGUET Civil Engineer Aide, Associate Engineer and
Civil Engineer - Maintenance Section for Baguio-Bontoc and
Abatan-Mankayan Roads, Benguet-Vizcaya and Gurel-Bokod-
