The activity was facilitated and validated by the Municipal Operations Office of Labason, continuing its mission of reaching more families and bringing government services closer to the community. The activity began with a prayer led by Ms. Elena Lagoy followed with the inspiring welcome remarks from Hon. Rogelio J. Genabe Sr., Punong Barangay of Barangay Osukan, who expressed his full support for the program and its beneficiaries.

The validation process proceeded smoothly, followed by the issuance of Katibayan to the potential beneficiaries. Afterward, potential beneficiaries were guided through a clear and informative Program Orientation by Mr. Wilbert Sajulga, Municipal Link, helping them better understand the program’s goals, processes, and their responsibilities. A significant highlight of the activity was the Oath of Commitment led by Ms. Angeline Encabo, Municipal Link, where families expressed their sincere dedication to comply with the program and actively work towards improving their lives.

This successful activity was made possible through the continued support and strong collaboration of our valued partners - LGU Labason, Barangay Local Government Unit of Osukan, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, Local Civil Registry Office, Department of Education, Persons with Disability Affairs Office, and Labason Rural Health Unit.

Facilitated by the Municipal Operations Office of Labason, the activity continued to open doors of hope and opportunity for families aspiring to become part of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. The day started on a positive note with a warm and encouraging welcome from Hon. Luzminda Bongcawil, Barangay Kagawad, who expressed her full support for the program and its potential beneficiaries.

Following the validation proceedings and the issuance of Katibayan, potential beenficiaries were guided through a clear and informative Program Orientation by Ma’am Erma Dagohoy, Municipal Link. She helped the families better understand the program’s objectives, processes, and their roles as future beneficiaries. One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the Oath of Commitment led by Ma’am Cathy Jane Olinding, Community Facilitator, where families sincerely expressed their willingness to comply with the program’s conditions and actively take part in improving their lives.

This successful undertaking was made possible through the strong collaboration and support of our valued partners — LGU Labason, Barangay Local Government Unit of Bobongan, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, Local Civil Registry Office, Department of Education, Persons with Disability Affairs Office, and Labason Rural Health Unit.
