We are very excited and grateful to finally share with you our new breeding ground, our indoor training ground. This space means so much to us because it gives us a safe, comfortable, and consistent place to train, grow, and improve together as a team.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our school for giving us this opportunity and for continuously supporting our passion and development. Having an indoor training ground is truly a blessing, especially as it allows us to train regardless of weather and challenges.

Most of all, we are deeply thankful to our coach for the guidance, dedication, and effort in making this possible. Your belief in us and your constant support inspire us to work harder and strive to be better every day.

To Those Who Lead Our Community,

This message isn’t meant to mock or disrespect, it’s a voice from the hearts of athletes who carry your name, your banner, and your pride every time we step onto the court, the field, or the track. We speak not out of anger, but out of truth and frustration that’s been felt for so long.

You want us to win big. You want us to bring honor to our beloved community. But where were you from day one, when we trained under the heat of the sun, when our shoes were worn out, when our jerseys didn’t even fit us, and when moral support was nowhere to be found?

It’s painful to give everything we have just to make our community proud, yet receive so little in return. We practice every day, pushing ourselves to be better athletes, better representatives, and better people. But sometimes, it feels like our efforts are invisible until we win. You cheer for our victory, but you weren’t there during the grind, when we cried silently, when we trained through pain, and when we kept believing even when no one else did.

It’s heartbreaking to join big leagues and see other teams well-supported wearing complete uniforms with their names stitched proudly, with proper shoes and gear that show how valued they are. While we, who carry the same passion and talent, struggle with jerseys that aren’t our size, shoes that don’t fit, and the feeling that we’re only remembered when we bring home medals.

There are so many young athletes in our community with dreams and potential that could shine so brightly. But many of them go elsewhere not because they gave up, but because they finally found the support that they never received here. That should already say something: our athletes are good, but they’re not in the right place to grow.

We’re not asking for luxury. We’re asking for fairness for genuine support that starts from day one, not only when the spotlight is on us. Let’s not let another young dreamer feel the same unfairness, the same pain of being unseen by the community they love.

To our local leaders, we hope this reaches your hearts. We still believe that change can start here when athletes no longer feel alone, when the government walks beside them, not just behind their victories.
