‎To promote the efficient use of energy and respond to rising energy costs, Hon. Mayor John Philbert S. Tan has directed the adoption of a four-day compressed workweek, along with other energy conservation protocols, in all municipal government departments and offices through Executive Order No. 17-03-2026.
‎
‎This work arrangement, combined with responsible energy management practices, aims to support employee welfare, lower government expenses, and at the same time maintain productivity while advancing sustainability initiatives.
‎
‎This measure highlights the Municipal Government’s dedication to efficient governance, responsible resource management, and the delivery of sustainable public services to all Las Navasnons.

‎📢 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | 𝟒-𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊

‎In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 114, issued by the Office of the President, the Municipality of Las Navas will implement a 4-day compressed workweek starting March 23, 2026, as part of the national government’s initiative to promote energy efficiency.
‎
‎Under this arrangement, municipal government offices will operate from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, in compliance with the required 40-hour workweek. Consequently, there will be no office operations on Fridays, except for offices providing essential frontline services.
‎
‎To ensure the continuous delivery of public services, the following offices will maintain their regular or shifting schedules:
‎
‎• Municipal Health Office (MHO)
‎• Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO)
‎• Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO)
‎
