For long term rent: 1 month and up

1-3 months - 33k monthly, condo dues, and wifi included

3 months and up - 31k monthly, condo dues and wifi included

Registered occupants will have full access to use the resort-style amenities of South Residences 1, including the pool, gazebos, mini park, and more.

Please note that the occupants are responsible for paying the utilities (Meralco and Maynilad) bills.
