Job Description:
*Anwering inbound calls and assist customer inquiries.
*Inform customers about our current and upcoming promotions and services.
*Handle and resolve customer complaints empathetically.
*Ensures that all calls are handled professionally, politely, and accurately.
*Gather and verify all required customer's information

Qualifications:
*Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
*Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
*Amenable to Work on-site (Las Pinas City)
*Basic computer skills are required.
*Experience in customer support role is a plus
*Good to Excellent communication skills
