Project: Opalite Dental Clinic
Location: 720 JP Rizal, Makati City
Completion Date: April 2026

Theme: Modern Minimalist (Sage Green & White)
Design & Build: CCTARCHDESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The Opalite Dental Clinic project has been successfully completed, achieving a balance between clinical sterile requirements and a calming, modern aesthetic. Despite the compact 30 sq.m. footprint, the design maximizes spatial efficiency and patient flow, adhering to the signature "warm minimalist" standards of the firm.

Aesthetic & Architectural Remarks

• Palette Ex*****on: The Sage Green accents provide a sophisticated, organic contrast to the Pure White base, creating a biophilic atmosphere that reduces patient anxiety.

• Space Optimization: Strategic placement of cabinetry and the dental unit ensures a 360-degree workflow for the practitioner without compromising the comfort of the dental assistant or patient.

• Materiality: Applied industrial-grade, easy-to-sanitize surfaces that maintain the matte sage finish while meeting strict healthcare hygiene protocols.

Technical & Engineering Remarks

• Utility Integration: Sub-floor plumbing and electrical lines for the dental chair were successfully pressure-tested and concealed to maintain the clean, minimalist profile of the operatory.

Acoustics: Sound-dampening measures were implemented for the compressor and suction units to maintain a quiet, professional environment within the small area.

Final Status

The project is officially at 100% completion. All "punch list" items—including final silicone sealing, paint touch-ups on the sage-to-white transitions, and deep cleaning—have been satisfied. The space is ready for equipment calibration and immediate clinical operations.

The turnover of the Opalite Dental Clinic marks another milestone in our commitment to specialized commercial design. We believe that a well-designed space can significantly enhance the patient experience and the provider's efficacy.
