The HEARING of the COMMITTEE ON GAMES AND AMUSEMENT was presided by Committee Co-Chair Councilor Jessie R. Albeus. Also present for the committee were Councilors Jude Altamarino Diokno and Nathan Sergio, NCPC representative Mr. Benjamin Barbosa, and Liga representative PB Jacky Villafuerte.

The agenda included: a request for a permit to conduct a 6-Stag Invitational Derby for a Cause at the Jesse M. Robredo Coliseum on 12 September 2026; the application for renewal of franchise to operate Bingo Boutique at the Villa Caceres Hotel, and the change of the operator’s name; and an application for a permit to hold a 2-Cock Derby on 11 June 2026 at the Caceres Sports Arena by its owner.
