Hand-washing is still the best way in protecting ourselves from germs that may cause infection and life-threatening diseases. This method effectively removes dirt and germs from your hands, physically removing the debris and coming off with the soap lather when you rinse it with water.

This is pretty basic but important habit to have. Always prioritize washing your hands with soap and water and follow the proper way of hand-washing:

Having spent most of our time working during the weekday, we use our rest days/holidays to do general cleaning and washing.
