Bring our concerns and requests to God, with an attitude of gratitude and thankfulness. When we come to God with our problems, we should not just focus on what we lack or want, but also on what we already have and are thankful for.
When we do this, we will experience a peace that surpasses all understanding. This peace will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. This peace comes from knowing that God is in control and that we can trust Him to take care of us.
We don't have to be consumed by anxiety, but we can find peace and rest in God through prayer and thanksgiving.

Delays in life are a common occurrence and can be frustrating, but it's important to remember that they often happen for a reason and can ultimately lead to positive outcomes. Delays can give us time to reevaluate our goals and plans, develop new skills, or simply slow down and enjoy the present moment.
However, it's also important to understand that some delays can be caused by external factors, such as unexpected events or changes in circumstances, while others may be the result of our own actions or decisions. In these cases, it may be necessary to take responsibility for the delay and make necessary changes to get back on track.
Ultimately, it's up to us to determine how we respond to delays in life. We can choose to become frustrated and let them hold us back, or we can use them as opportunities to grow, learn, and improve. So, next time you experience a delay, try to see it as a chance to make the most of the present moment and to set yourself up for even greater success in the future.
