As 𝐔𝐒𝐖𝐀𝐆 𝐏𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 enters its final act, the 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐎) proudly introduces the distinguished individuals who will lead meaningful conversations for our culminating initiatives.

Joining us is 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗔. 𝗡𝗼𝗴𝗮, a Program Officer of the YMCA of Albay and a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English from Bicol University.
Actively engaged in leadership development, youth empowerment, and communication initiatives, Mr. Noga has extensive experience in program facilitation, content writing, community engagement, and advocacy-driven projects.

Through his involvement in various organizations and training programs focused on leadership, media communication, and social development, he continues to empower young individuals to become informed, responsible, and proactive members of society.

Together, our speakers embody the values of critical thinking, empathy, and responsible leadership—qualities that define the vision of RISO and the spirit of USWAG PA SERIES 2025.

We are honored to welcome 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝘂𝗱𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, a licensed Guidance Counselor, Teacher, and Social Worker whose expertise spans Values Education, Social Science, and Guidance and Counseling.

With years of experience in mental health literacy, psychological support activities, career guidance, and student welfare programs, Ms. Ludovice has continuously empowered learners and educators through seminars and training focused on emotional resilience, adolescent development, and holistic well-being. Her dedication to fostering safe and supportive learning environments makes her an inspiring voice for this initiative.
