COVID19 CLINIC PROTOCOL

1. Walk-in patient are NOT ALLOWED. Please call or text 09150821753 for your APPOINTMENT.

2. Covid-related QUESTIONNAIRES will be ASKED during the Pre-Schedule Screening and You must answer TRUTHFULLY. If you have a fever, cough or flu recently PLEASE DO NOT LIE ABOUT IT AND JUST RE-SCHEDULE your dental appointment at a more appropriate time.

3. NO MASK, NO ENTRY

4. All patients are subject to THERMAL SCANNING at the clinic. Upon entry, our staff will perform a No-Contact Body Temperature Scanning and Screening.

5. Please take note that ONLY PATIENTS WITH CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS will be TREATED. PLEASE observe your appointment schedule.

6. We will have a 30mins interval per patient schedule. Proper decontamination procedure will be implemented to prevent the spread of the virus. This is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

7. Please be advised that Companions are NOT allowed to enter our premises EXCEPT for Minors who shall be accompanied by ONE adult companion Only. Observe the 6ft Social Distancing inside the clinic.

8. Only 1 Patient at a time shall be allowed inside the clinic.

9. The patient will be asked to SANITIZE the hands and GARGLE with Chlorhexidine Gluconate before the start of Treatment.

10. We will also be wearing PPE's and Safety Gears from head to foot.
