VIBRANCE OF OUR HARVEST | The Libon Paroy Festival 2026 logo is a visual celebration of the town’s identity, heritage, and aspirations, where every element tells a story of the people of Libon and the blessings they continue to nurture and share.
The word PAROY, the Bicol term for rice, is creatively illustrated through symbols that represent the foundations of Libon’s progress:

* P is formed by a cluster of ripe golden rice grains, symbolizing abundance and prosperity. Like mature rice stalks that bend as they ripen, it reflects the virtue of humility, reminding us that no matter how much we achieve, true greatness is grounded in modesty.

* A features the shell of Saint James the Greater, the beloved patron saint of Libon, representing the enduring faith and spiritual guidance that unite the community.

* R depicts a farmer in the act of tilling and nurturing the land, honoring the hardworking men and women whose dedication sustains the municipality’s agricultural heritage.

* O embodies Libon’s rich water resources and fisheries sector, recognizing the lakes, rivers, and aquatic treasures that provide livelihood and complement the town’s farming industry.

* Y takes the form of verdant rice fields shaped into the silhouette of a carabao, the farmer’s steadfast partner and an enduring symbol of strength, resilience, and rural life.

The words “LIBON” and “FESTIVAL 2026” are rendered in the color of fertile brown soil, representing the earth as the source of the municipality’s wealth, harvests, and natural resources—the foundation upon which generations have built their lives and dreams.�

Guided by the theme “Vibrance of Our Harvest,” this year’s festival celebrates more than the bounty of the fields. It reflects the vibrant colors of fiesta, the joy of community, and the richness of Libon’s culture. It honors not only agricultural abundance but also the harvest of values, faith, hard work, unity, and aspirations that continue to shape a brighter future for every Libongueño.
