IN PHOTOS: In line with the observance of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Office of Guidance and Testing hosted an insightful and meaningful seminar titled “Breaking the Stigma: Talking About Mental Health Together” for all Junior High School to Senior High School students, with Mr. Christian A. Semeniano, RPm, LPT, RGC, serving as the resource speaker.
The event sought to foster open discussions on mental health while inspiring understanding, empathy, and support within the Thomasian community. Let’s continue taking this important step together toward breaking barriers and promoting mental wellness for all.

HIGHLIGHTS: UST-Legazpi, through the Office of Guidance and Testing, successfully held the “School Adjustment Seminar: Strengthening Academic, Emotional, and Social Transitions” today, August 29, 2025, at the UST-Legazpi Dome. The program was organized for first-year tertiary and transferee students to help them navigate the challenges of college life with confidence and resilience.

The seminar provided practical strategies on time management, study skills, and self-regulation; promoted mental health education and coping mechanisms; and fostered peer engagement to cultivate a welcoming and supportive Thomasian community.
