Ang TESDA Provincial Training Center - Libmanan ay magsasagawa ng LIBRENG Competency Assessment and Certification for Workers (CACW) program. Layunin ng programang ito na mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang ating mga MANGGAGAWA sa larangan ng pagWewelding at Elektrisidad na mkakuha ng LIBRENG certipikasyon ng kanilang kasanayan sa pamamagitan ng assessment sa:
1. Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II - 21 slots available
2. Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I - 3 slots available
3. Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II - 20 slots available
👩‍🏫Mga Kwalipikadong Applikante;
1. Welder / Structural Welder (public or private)
2. Elektrisyan at iba pang electrical practitioners (public or private)
💁‍♂️Mga Kinakailangan (Requirements);
1. Employment Certificate bilang Welder or Electrician (original)
2.2 pcs Passport size pictures, white background, nkaformal attire,
may nametag na una ang apelyido, pangalan at gitnang inisyal.

Our new Center Administrator Ms. Raquel Aragon-Mien made a courtesy call with LGU Libmanan Mayor Edelson Muceros Marfil and discussed partnerships in training, assessment and certification and employment programs.

Then she proceeded to the orientation of Driving NC II under the Special Training Employment Program (STEP) at LGU Sipocot and made another courtesy call with Vice Mayor Rogenor Astor.

Strengthening Industry Linkages, Empowering Futures!

On May 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM, the Supervised Industry Learning (SIL) Partners MOA Signing Ceremony was successfully held at the TESDA V Regional Training Center – Pili, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.

This landmark event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the TESDA Provincial Training Center – Libmanan and the Camarines Sur Association of Repair & Service Shops, Inc. (CARSS), which played a pivotal role in bridging TESDA with its member shops, particularly in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning and Electronics sectors.

Also in attendance were committed partners from the Construction, Agriculture and Fishery, Electrical and Electronics, and Metals and Engineering sectors, all united by a shared mission of advancing technical education through industry-based learning.
